The painting will hang in the lobby of this branch in Cordele, Georgia and I was ecstatic about getting to work. Old Pump in Springtime, 8" x 10" Oil on Canvas. Not long ago I had the pleasure of painting buried treasure for a client. Ok, maybe not the treasure that reality show treasure seekers hunt. Or pirates. But buried treasure like this is much more valuable. Relics from days gone by, like an old homeplace or antiques with special memories, that is the real treasure.
